ZenCleanz Inspire is a 28-day kit designed to support respiratory wellness. It is Step 3 of the ZenCleanz 5-Element system and combines organic fruits and vegetables, nine Chinese herbal extracts, and five trace minerals across three products: a fermented plant syrup, a fermented plant liquid, and an herbal tea powder.*
The fermented plant syrup is rich in selenium and made from dozens of fruits, vegetables, and herbs. The 5 ml fermented plant liquid vials are taken in the morning. The herbal tea powder pairs Chinese herbal extracts with trace minerals and is taken in the evening.

What to expect
Daily protocol: plant liquid in the morning, plant syrup at noon, herbal tea in the evening. A mucous-free diet is suggested during the cleanse, and smokers are advised not to smoke for the duration. Diaphragmatic breathing and sauna sessions are optional additions. Some people notice sneezing, coughing, or mucous discharge during the cleanse.
