I'm about a week in with Lumati Green. Too early to comment on long-term immune benefits, but I can say the capsules are easy to take and I haven't had any stomach issues or weird side effects. I take mine first thing in the morning with water before breakfast.
Did a fair amount of research before buying - the 85% purity and third-party testing were the deciding factors for me. A lot of beta glucan supplements are pretty vague about their actual concentration. I'm planning to give this a full 90 days and reassess, but the initial experience has been smooth. Will update if anything changes.
