Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products (health, safety, and regulatory considerations), our return policy has specific guidelines to ensure product integrity and compliance.
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Condition:
- Unopened and Sealed Items: Eligible for a full refund (excluding original shipping fees).
- Opened Items: Generally not eligible for return or refund, as opened supplements cannot be resold for health and safety reasons.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number, receipt, or confirmation email is required for all returns.
What Can Be Returned?
- Unopened supplements in their original, unused, and resellable condition (with seals intact and no damage to packaging).
- Items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (we will cover return shipping in these cases and provide a replacement or full refund).
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used supplements.
- Items missing labels, seals, or original packaging.
- Perishable or time-sensitive products past their expiration date.
- Any items returned without prior authorization.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team at info@lumati.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your return package.
- Ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our team. (You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. In this case, we can provide a return label.)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will also reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Exceptions
- We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or repeated returns.
- Special promotions or sale items may have additional restrictions (noted on product pages).
