Welcome to the Lumati Affiliate Program. As an affiliate, you play a key role in promoting Lumati products and helping people discover science-informed wellness. These guidelines ensure that all promotions align with our brand values and comply with legal requirements. By participating in the program, you agree to follow these rules.

1. Approved Promotion Methods

You may promote Lumati products through the following channels:

  • Social Media: Posts, stories, reels, and videos on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and similar platforms.
  • Blog & Website Content: Reviews, articles, and tutorials on your own sites.
  • Email Marketing: Newsletters and promotional emails to your subscriber list, in compliance with anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act).
  • Podcasts & Video: Discussions or demonstrations in audio/video content.
  • Paid Advertising: Approved paid ads on search engines or social media. Brand bidding on Lumati trademarks is prohibited (see Section 4).

All promotions must use ethical, value-driven approaches that highlight the benefits of Lumati’s product line, including supplements (Lumati Red, Lumati Green, Lumati Gold), molecular hydrogen devices, diagnostic test kits, and the Red Light+ LED Mask.

2. FTC Disclosure Requirements

Compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines is mandatory. Failure to disclose your affiliate relationship can result in removal from the program.

  • Illegal or Unethical Tactics: No bots, fake reviews, incentivized reviews, or deceptive practices.
  • Unauthorized Channels: Do not promote Lumati on adult, gambling, or otherwise controversial sites.

5. Content Creation Guidelines

Create high-quality, honest content that educates and engages your audience.

  • Use Official Creative Assets: Only use Lumati-provided images, logos, and brand materials. Do not alter logos or create derivative assets without written permission.
  • Quality Standards: Content must be professional, accurate, and add genuine value. Focus on real benefits, personal experiences, or product demonstrations — without exaggeration.
  • Honesty: Share truthful opinions. If you have not personally used a product, disclose that and base your promotion on the information Lumati has provided.

6. Visual & Presentation Guidelines

For photo or video content featuring Lumati products:

  • No Competing Brands in Frame: When demonstrating or reviewing a Lumati product, do not wear, display, or prominently feature competing wellness brands in the same shot. General lifestyle items and non-competing brands are fine.
  • Clean Background: Use a non-cluttered, neutral background to keep visual focus on the product.
  • Clear Product Display: Show the product prominently with proper lighting and angles that highlight features such as device interfaces, packaging, or therapy applications.

7. Monitoring & Compliance

Lumati reserves the right to monitor affiliate activities and request content removal if these guidelines are violated. Affiliates must provide links to promotional content upon request.
