Power On & Set Time
Turn on the unit and set your desired inhalation time (30 minutes to 8 hours). Adjust flow rate using the control panel. For first-time users, start with 30-60 minute sessions.

Insert the nasal cannula and breathe naturally. The machine produces 1,200 mL/min of hydrogen and 600 mL/min of oxygen. Most users see bubbles in the water window confirming proper gas flow.

Use only pure distilled water with a TDS of ≤ 5 ppm. For the initial fill, use 1500 to 2000 mL. For a top-up when the E1 (low water) indicator appears during use, add 1000 mL. Mineral water, tap water, or filtered water with minerals will damage the electrolyzer and void the warranty. The machine will display the E3 error code if water quality is too poor, drain and refill with distilled water, cycling 3 times to flush.
For first-time users, begin with sessions of 30 to 60 minutes per day. Gradually increase session length as your body adjusts. Most users find 60 minutes optimal for cellular wellness benefits. The machine allows settings up to 8 hours continuously. For best results, use consistently 5 to 7 days per week. Cumulative, consistent use over weeks produces the most noticeable outcomes.
To reduce the risk of contagion, it is not recommended to share a hydrogen inhalation tube between individuals. Each person should use their own tube. You may sanitize the cannula by soaking it in boiling water between uses. Replace the nasal cannula every two months, or monthly with daily use.
Yes, this is normal and expected. Some carbon monoxide and smoke detectors are sensitive to hydrogen gas, which can cause a false alarm. This does not indicate a safety hazard. Always operate in a well-ventilated area: open a window and run your exhaust fan. Do not use the machine in enclosed, unventilated spaces.
The machine uses voice prompts and indicator lights to communicate error states:
E1, Low water. Add 1500 to 2000 mL of distilled water immediately.
E2, Overheating. Turn off the machine and allow it to cool before using it again.
E3, Poor water quality. Drain the low-quality water and refill with distilled water, then attempt to restart.
E4, Tank full. Wait a few seconds to see if the E4 warning clears automatically.
E5, Low water temperature. Move the unit to a warmer location or replace with room-temperature water.
E6, Gas blockage/high pressure. Check that the silicone cover has been removed from the gas outlet and inspect the nasal cannula for kinks or blockages.
Regular water changes: If used frequently, replace the water every 7 to 15 days to ensure purity and system performance. Cannula care: Replace the nasal cannula every two months, or monthly with daily use. You may disinfect the cannula by soaking it in boiling water. Storage preparation: If the unit won't be used for an extended period, turn it off, unplug it, and fully drain all internal water using the auto-drain function.
